We welcome all players aged 7-17 years. Simply email us the player name, date of birth and any existing friendships and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You can email us directly at wembleynetball@gmail.com or use the Contact button on this website.

Games are played on Saturdays at Altona Basketball & Netball Stadium (Queen St & Andrew Park Drive, Altona Meadows) as part of the Altona Netball Association competition.  There are two seasons per year, Summer Season (term 1 & 2) and the Winter Season (term 3 & 4).

Training is held at Wembley Primary School outside courts. 

Players still at primary school age, train straight after school 3.30-4.15pm, (kids attending OSCH will be collected from and returned to OSCH program). 

Players at secondary level, train from 4.30pm to allow for travel time.

A Netball Victoria Membership (NVM) is required by each player.
This is a yearly membership fee. All payments received for NVM goes to Netball Victoria to provide insurance coverage for all official Club events (games and training), you must be registered before you are permitted to take to the court. NVM for 2026 is $73 for all juniors.

Court Fees are also payable for each season (Summer and Winter). These are paid half yearly and players are invoiced at the beginning of each season. These fees cover court hire, Altona Association costs, umpire fees, coaching registrations, resources and development.

Court Fees for 2026 are $210 for each player, per season.

Each player must present on game day wearing the approved Wembley Netball playing uniform. The Wembley Netball playing uniform consists of either:

• Wembley Netball Dress, or

• Wembley Netball T-Shirt & Short, or

• Wembley Netball T-Shirt & Skort

In addition to the Wembley Netball playing uniform, there are also the following items available for purchase:

• Wembley Netball Hoodie, (personalised),

• Wembley Netball socks,

• Wembley Netball beanie,

• Wembley Netball Visor.
